I have been a school librarian for about 18 years now and have worked at every grade level. I also have a background in Anthropology and Journalism, which has lead me to be interested in everybody's story. I also love to travel and immerse myself in other cultures although I haven't had the opportunity to do this in recent years. Multicultural awareness is a focus of teaching in public schools so my interests have spurred me to create various programs to bring the world to the classroom.
